Delivery Time scales

• we endeavour to Create and dispatch all orders within 4 working days, however on some
  occasions we may be unable to meet these time scales, especially if your personalisation
  requirements are particularly complex. If this is the case, we will contact you in advance to
  advise you of the anticipated delivery dates.
